God’s Voices
There have been men throughout history who have spoken as God’s mouthpieces.
Just as the prophets of old warned and rebuked and shared God’s heart of love, so have these.
They are not popular like many, but they were called to stir up God’s remnant. Such men will never be popular with the church, just as the prophets of old were hated and killed by the religious systems they spoke to. And so does God always call men to speak to His saints and church.
We are a generation, that will insult and demean speakers of truth, rather than to show them their error through scripture. We refuse to consider their words and or look through the eyes of the Holy Spirit at the scriptures they bring into the light.
These men stand in contrast to the slick orators of today.
We ignore them at our peril.
They are listed in the main menu under this link.
Some accuse these spokesmen for God because they often do not use a lot of scriptures.
That is because they are focused only on one thing
MAKING DISCIPLES
They are ever focused on what a true disciple is
Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. 33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple
They tell of the process, the cost, the way of life.
They show and explain how God loves, chastens, rebukes, exhorts and encourages.
Tit 2:15 Declare these things; exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no one disregard you.
They don’t speak soft things,
they speak transforming truths,
truths that others will not preach.
They see where we are falling short of our calling and
warn, exhort, and encourage, and chastise
so that we may walk in the fullness of our calling and gifts
They are those who are sent to prepare a bride without spot or wrinkle
They live in the reality of Jesus’ words
Mat 10:34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.
Mat 10:35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 And a person’s enemies will be those of his own household. 37 Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
